We are seeking the services of a qualified Property Manager to take the reins of a small rent roll. A pro-active attitude and the ability to build business relationships together with a thorough knowledge of all aspects of residential property management is essential as is the ability to hit the ground running. The successful candidate must have:

  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Proven recent experience in a Property Management role
  • A good working knowledge of and the ability to interpret the Real Estate and Business Agents Act 1978, Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA), the accompanying Regulations and the Code of Conduct for Agents and Sales Representatives
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and Real Estate software
  • Proven ability to complete a variety of activities to meet a range of deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative and make sound decisions
  • Strong negotiation and problem solving skills and a high degree of attention to detail
  • Demonstrated professionalism and a solid work ethic
