I have previously had a rental property through this real estate and have signed for my second lease and felt it necessary to express my gratitude and appreciation for the service provided.
In particular my previous Property Manager, Simon Bradbrook. I could could not speak any higher of him.
His energy, enthusiasm, professionalism and infectious personality are a true asset for your Brand. He has always gone above and beyond and finding a new lease for 2019 was no different.
I am out of state and needed a new rental sight unseen for this season in Broome, So I contacted Simon. He made what can be an exhausting, daunting and sometimes lengthy experience an ease.
Working with Jarrod Gentilli who I would like to give a special mention too and grateful for his professionalism, I now have a signed rental agreement within 48 hours.

I am a property owner in Broome and have been using Hutchinson Real Estate as our property managers for about 6 years now. We have had some very mixed experiences during this time and, at one point, almost pulled the pin and jumped over to a different property management agent when a former staff member of yours forgot to advertise our rental property or even to tell us when a tenant gave notice and moved out.
However, our opinion has completely changed and our trust in Hutchinson has been fully restored thanks to the dedication, thoroughness and great communication style of our new property manager- Simon Bradbrook. We have been so happy with the efforts he has gone to in order to find us a new tenant who will treat our property with respect. He has also provided really good, detailed email communication in light of us being overseas for several months. He is such a pleasure to liaise with and, as a result, we are really glad we stuck with Hutchinson Real Estate after all.

She went above and beyond when preparing the property for Home Opens and liaised effectively with our tenants to ensure the property was shown in its best light on open day.
